| God has seen fit to bless Christ Community Church of Laguna Hills with seven godly elders. Elders serve staggered 3-year terms and work directly with pastoral staff to give spiritual oversight to their particular ministries. Elders are elected by the congregation after being nominated by a nominating committee. |
