Availability:
Pending availability, weddings may be booked Friday evenings, Saturdays – morning, afternoon, or evening and Sunday afternoons.
Pricing:
  • $1,200 members
  • $1,500 non-members
  • Reception fees are separate
Fees include:
  • Use of the facility for 4 hours, plus 1 hour for rehearsal (sanctuary capacity - 436)
  • Pastoral fee (includes approximately 5 mandatory counseling sessions and a compatibility inventory)
  • Wedding Coordinator
  • Custodian
  • Sound Technician (sets up microphones and provides recording of the ceremony)
The following items are available for your use free of charge:
  • Unity candelabra
  • 2 spiral candelabras
  • 2 brass candle lighters
  • Communion items
  • Kneeling bench
  • Guest book stand
Additional Fees:
  • Security Deposit: $500
  • Please submit a separate check for the security deposit and include it with the final payment, due 1 (one) month prior to the wedding. The check will be returned to you within 2 (two) weeks if no damage or excessive cleanup is required.
  • Extra time, before/after the wedding: $50 per half hour
  • Church pianist (separate fee): $200
  • Fees for instrumentalists and vocalists are NOT included in the general fee and are the couple’s responsibility.
Upon approval of your wedding date, a deposit of $500 is required to secure your wedding date (submitted with completed Wedding Contract within 30 (thirty) days). The remaining balance is due 1 (one) month prior to your wedding date.
Cancellations must be in writing via mail or email and submitted to the church office
and/or the Wedding Coordinator to be considered valid. Phone calls will not be accepted.
The initial sanctuary rental deposit may be returned if the wedding is cancelled 6 (six) full months before the wedding date. No deposit will be refunded if the wedding is cancelled within 6 (six) months of the wedding date.
